Nanjing Yihang New Technology Development Co., Ltd is a private technical and industrial enterprise engaged in the design (including concepts, shaping, functions and process, etc.), and manufacturing (including tools and molds and batch production) and CAD / CAM of high quality plastic products and blowers, and other services. It is currently the only enterprise that has the car cooling fan design and development capacity and the proprietary intellectual property rights at home. Relying on the powerful technical support of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the company has carried out collaborations with a number of enterprises with strong productivity, and formed a whole set of product design, manufacturing, batch production, after-sales service and other service capacities. Additionally, the company has passed certifications of ISO9001:2000, ISO/TS16949:2000 Quality Management System and GB/T 24001-2004 IDT ISO 14001:2004 Environment Management System.
The independently developed and patented cooling fan of the company not only meets the requirements of ZX auto model function map of France’s Citroen Company, but has better comprehensive performance than the former CKD. Since 1997, the company has been providing original parts and goods for the major manufacturers at home, with stable quality.
The company supplies fan, fan shroud and other products for Shanghai Siemens, Qingdao Dongyang, Dongfeng Behr, Shanghai Delphi, Shanghai Shanben, Nanjing Xiezhong and other enterprises. At present, the design and production capacities of our company are in the forefront of the industry.
At present, the main products we supply to the customers in volume are: fans and fan shrouds of Fukang, Peugeot 206, Peugeot 301, Zhonghua, and Grace; and impellers of Toyota and Zhengzhou Nissan, etc.
After years of efforts, Nanjing Yihang has developed rapidly. In September 2005, it invested and built a new plant in Binjiang Development Zone, Jiangning District, Nanjing City, which covers an area of 50mu (about 33, 333 sqm), and formally started production in July 2006. The construction of the new plant has made the company’s R & D and production capacity improved significantly. Also, the company has a number of highly qualified management staff and the experienced technical team, as well as the best young people in the industry, including five senior engineers (Doctor), and four design engineers (BA) from the forefront of manufacturing and design industry, with rich creativity and spirit of sacrifice, which is the guarantee for Yihang to lead the industry, and the most valuable wealth for Yihang.
